The Programme

"Don't leave your career to chance. Make the best-informed decision for your future with the most in-depth career advice around."

career advice

Most career advice is generic. But my Four Step Career Discovery Programme is personalised entirely to you. I will uncover your true potential using a series of psychometric questionnaires and discussions before giving you a detailed report and career action plan.

As the core service I offer, you can guarantee it’s designed to get results. And as I only see a limited amount of people each week, you’ll receive a truly unparalleled level of career guidance.

Four Step Career Advice Programme
1

Step 1 of Career Advice Programme

The programme begins with you completing a questionnaire about yourself, so I can understand your interests, values, motivations and educational history.
2

Step 2 of Career Advice Programme

Next, you’ll complete the OPQ32 psychometric questionnaire, accredited by The British Psychological Society. Described as “at the top of the first rank of personality questionnaires”, it focuses on 32 traits in Thinking Style, Relationships with People and Feelings & Emotions.

There are no right or wrong answers, but your responses will form a picture of your preferences and traits so I can analyse which careers you’re most suited to.

3

Step 3 of Career Advice Programme

We’ll have a one-to-one consultation discussing your results from the previous two steps. I’ll present you with the suitable career options based on my analysis.
4

Step 4 of Career Advice Programme

After the consultation, I’ll follow up with a detailed report of my findings from the psychometric questionnaire, a summary of your consultation and the career options discussed. You’ll receive recommendations on the best way to get started in your new career.

My Four Step Career Advice Programme is designed to provide the most in-depth career advice around. Using psychometrics questionnaires and a personal consultation, a new career path will be identified for you.

Identifying a career path is becoming increasingly more difficult. There are more careers available than ever before so my career advice programme will help you answer the question of ‘what career is right for me?’

My Four Step Career Advice Programme is suitable for those currently studying, recently graduated or have already been working for ten, twenty years or more. If you are looking for a new career, advice on a career change or are just deciding on which university degree, I can help with my Career Advice Programme.

My Four Step Career Advice Programme includes the use of a cutting edge, world leading psychometric questionnaire – see my article ‘What is a Psychometric Questionnaire?‘ for more information.

Whether it’s advice to find out which career you are best suited to, career advice for a new career or a career change – I can help.

With a First Class BSc and a PGDip in Psychology, I’m expert at learning what really makes you tick. I’m a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a registered BPS psychometric test user, and up to date with the latest BPS research, so my finger’s on the pulse of modern career advice methods.

I’ve also completed an award-winning Digital Leadership course with Google.

I began my career with a FTSE250 global financial services company and was most recently employed by a global blue-chip retailer, where I worked closely with young people on the graduate scheme, and on projects linked to the Apprenticeship Levy. I’ve also mentored students at local universities, helping people make important career decisions at a crucial time in their lives. I am also asked to write expert pieces for career advice websites.

Most importantly, I’m friendly and approachable. And in only working with a limited number of people each week, all my career guidance is completely personalised to you. Plus you can always get hold of me if you need any specific advice.

When the time comes to look for your new career, I can also help you with job hunting, writing an engaging CV, and interview preparation so you’re in the best place to land your dream role.
